Eric von Bluecher
Principal
Eric von Bluecher is a Principal with Lee & Associates – North San Diego County and heads the Multifamily Advisory Group for San Diego County. The Multifamily Advisory Group is the Nationwide Network of Multifamily Advisors for Lee & Associates located in every major market and submarket in the United States including locations in Canada. Eric has successfully represented both Sellers and Buyers of multifamily real estate in both San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. Although Eric specializes in Multifamily Real Estate Investments, our office houses market leaders in Land, Development, Industrial, Retail and Office with over $1.2B in considerations for 2021.
Lael Borduin
Senior Marketing Lead
Lael joined Lee & Associates in 2016. She works closely with her team of brokers to create marketing strategies for each listing and develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, postcards, offering memorandums, as well as HTML blasts and social media postings. Additionally, she creates press releases/blogs, supports administrative staff with contracts, and she maintains the Lee NSDC website, creates marketing content for the Lee NSDC office, and manages the company databases and client lists, allowing our content to be accurately distributed to our investors, developers, landlords and tenants. Lael graduated from the The Art Institute of San Diego with a BA in Graphic Design & Illustration.
Ivan Del Muro-Garcia
Associate
Ivan Del Muro-Garcia is a native San Diegan and joined Lee & Associates North San Diego County after graduating from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s in Business Administration & Real Estate. Ivan started at Lee as a Transitional Researcher where he developed interest in the multifamily sector and joined the San Diego Multifamily Advisory Group as a Junior Associate. Since then, Ivan has been promoted to an associate and oversees marketing, research, client relations and market analysis for the Multifamily Advisory Group within the San Diego multifamily market.
Connor Macomber
Junior Associate
Originally from Kirkland, Washington, Connor joined Lee & Associates after graduating from the University of San Diego with a major in finance and minor in real estate. He started at Lee & Associates as a transitional researcher, and after working more with the multifamily sector, Connor realized that was the path he enjoyed and pursued. Connor currently does market analysis, research, and marketing within the Multifamily Advisory Group.
